I started my career as a software engineer, which gave me a unique perspective into the lending industry and FinTech. I then built a very successful direct-to-consumer call center, closing over $100M/month for several years. I managed a team of over 120 people, helped thousands of Veterans find homes or lower their monthly payments through the use of VA Mortgage programs, and created my own CRM to help drive business.
My partner and I have recently devised a comprehensive solution to help get families into homes by simplifying the application process, reducing the processing time, and minimizing error. We are also working to help our Loan Originators be successful in a time when automation is quickly replacing customer service.
I have managed to survive the ups and downs of the lending industry by being quick to adapt to new technology. I am constantly on the lookout for ways to make getting a mortgage easier for families, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
I have called the Treasure Valley home for 11 years; I currently live in Eagle with my wife, four kids, and two dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors: camping, hiking, and mountain biking. I also do Desert and Motocross racing, as well as racing BMX.
